This site, although promoting youth sports in our community, is NOT intended for anyone under the age of 18.  This site is intended for parents, guardians, and adult friends and family members of the volunteers and sporting participants of the RYAA.  Please do not submit any information via a comment thread or form on this Website or by email to the RYAA if you are under the age of 18.

We respect your privacy and will not sell or rent personal information provided to us on this Website to third parties without your consent.  However, we do collect some information for our internal use such as Web browser information, IP address, Website traffic-related information, and other typical information that is routinely gathered by most Web servers.

Please do not submit confidential information to us through emails, forms or comment threads on this Website.

All payment information for sports registrations shall be handled through a third party Website such as Paypal.  Please familiarize yourself with their privacy policy before submitting payments linked from our site.  We are not liable for any problems you may experience through such payment services as Paypal.  Please make sure your browser shows the SSL / secure lock when conducting a sign-up payment transaction for one of our sports.

Any additional information collected during a sign-up or payment process directly by the RYAA (such as information about your child’s age, experience, clothing sizes, etc.) shall be used internally by RYAA for organizational business-related purposes.  This includes, but is not limited to, placing your child on the appropriate team or in the appropriate age group, contacting you about your submission / sign-up for scheduling issues, etc.  This information may also be provided to other third party vendors working with RYAA to procure uniforms, equipment, and similar items or services or volunteers within our organization that may call you directly, such as coaches, board members, and similar volunteers related to your or your child’s participation in the RYAA.
